I’m Carolina, the person behind Spanish to Flourish. I was born and raised in Argentina, so Spanish is my native language. I also speak English, French and a little bit of Japanese. 

Actually, the first language I acquired was Japanese, from my Japanese parents. It was the only language spoken at home when I was little. Then, once I started kindergarten, I picked up Spanish. Little by little, Spanish started taking over at home.

The very first language that I learned in a formal setting was English. I was so into it that I ended up studying to become a teacher of English as a Foreign Language. The most recent language I learned was out of necessity and it was French. I live in Montreal and although you can easily get by in English, French is what helps you truly blend in. 

In my free time, you’ll find me reading, going for strolls by the river, rollerblading and baking. This is just a snippet of who I am.
